General Motors and Unifor Officially Start 2023 Contract Negotiations

Toronto, Ont. – Today, leadership from General Motors Canada and Unifor opened 2023 collective bargaining for a new agreement, covering approximately 4,200 hourly workers at Oshawa Assembly & Operations, St. Catharines Propulsion Plant and Woodstock Parts Distribution Centre. We look forward to working with our Unifor partners to build a competitive future that also recognizes our employees’ contributions to our shared success.
